A Housing Fair and Financial Wellness Clinic will be held at Allen Chapel AME Church, 580 W. George Engram Boulevard, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 on Saturday, April 25^th from 10 am to 2 pm in observance of Fair Housing Month. The HOME BUYERS are invited to learn about Down Payment Assistance Programs available in the area, the home buying process and evaluating mortgage readiness. HOME OWNERS are invited to learn about refinancing opportunities, the Florida Hardest Hit Program, Florida HHF – Principal Reduction Program and area owner-occupied rehab programs. EVERYONE is invited to come and get their FREE credit reports with the assistance of Fifth Third Bank Financial Services Specialists. Credit Counseling will also be available and provided by HUD Housing Counselors. Representatives from the City of Daytona Beach, the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, area mortgage lenders, home inspectors, title companies and HUD Housing Counselors will be there to provide information and answer questions. A Financial Wellness Clinic will run continuously throughout the event. This event is hosted by: Allen Community Development, Inc.
