We recently had an amazing workshop with #FAIRWINDSFoundation grantee, City Year Orlando, where we tackled the topic of employer benefits. Together, we dug into why employers offer benefits and their importance in total compensation packages. We covered everything from paid time off to 401(k)s, HSAs, and health/life insurance—all the typical benefits you'd expect. Plus, we shared some valuable tips on asking the right questions during interviews to fully understand the benefits package.
