Kim H.Milpitas, CA111516Jul 1, 2021I cancelled my real estate contract on Tuesday 6/29 and asked them to release my fund (10% deposit) from their escrow account, but they won't be able to release my fund until next Tuesday 7/6 because someone is on vacation. What a joke!
They are in receipt of my wire instruction and the fully executed Release and Cancellation of Contract on Wednesday 6/30 6:19 AM.
Not professional and reliable at all. Hope to receive my fund soon!
I finally received my 10% deposit back few days later which took longer than expected. Updating my review since I got my money back.
